1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Norypt website and the purchase of products from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Products

Norypt sells pre-configured privacy hardware including smartphones, laptops, routers, eSIM kits, and Live USB drives. All products are described honestly and accurately on our website.

We reserve the right to modify product specifications, pricing, and availability at any time. We will notify customers of significant changes to products they have ordered.

3. Orders and payment

Orders are accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order.

Prices are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable. We accept cryptocurrency payments only. The accepted currencies and wallet address are confirmed during the order process. Payment is taken at the time of order confirmation.

4. Shipping and delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of order confirmation. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

5. Returns and refunds

If you are a consumer based in the EU or UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods (the "cooling-off period") without giving any reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To exercise your right to cancel, contact us at norypt@proton.me before the 14-day period expires. You must return the goods at your own expense, in their original condition and packaging. We will issue a full refund — including original shipping costs — within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier.

Please note: custom-configured or personalised devices (built to your specific brief) are exempt from the right to cancel under applicable consumer law, as they are manufactured specifically to your requirements. We will make clear before you order whether this exemption applies.

Outside the 14-day cooling-off period, or if you are a business customer, please contact us at norypt@proton.me to discuss your situation and we will work to find a fair resolution.

6. Product condition

All hardware is tested and verified before shipping. If you receive a product that is faulty or not as described, please contact us at norypt@proton.me and we will resolve the issue promptly.

7. Acceptable use

Our products are sold for lawful personal and professional use. You agree not to use our products for any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

8. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Nothing in these terms affects statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded by contract.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent EU courts, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer to bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence within the EU.
